Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026

ExitMatch is the trading name of Exit Match Pty Ltd (ABN 50 699 768 851), an Australian company. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website and our services, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

Confidentiality is central to how ExitMatch works. We collect the minimum information we need, we treat what owners tell us as private, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

What we collect

We do not ask for financial statements or account records through this website, and we do not collect payment details through it.

How we use it

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share your assessment or diagnostic information with anyone outside ExitMatch without your consent, unless the law requires it.

Your assessment is private

ExitMatch is designed so that an owner can begin privately. Your assessment responses, conversations and diagnostic information are treated as confidential. If you later choose to involve your team, accountant or another adviser, that is your decision — we will not contact them about you.

The services we use

Like most small businesses, we use reputable third-party services to run ExitMatch. Information you provide may be stored by these providers, in some cases on servers outside Australia, and each has its own privacy policy:

This website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our web host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and secure the site, and the fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting files from Google.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including using established providers with their own security measures and limiting access to those who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access and correction

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email our contact address and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Questions or concerns

If you have a question or concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first at our contact address — we take it seriously and will do our best to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
